Noise when recording with M-Audio M-Track Solo USB audio interface

When recording from Input 2 on the M-Track Solo USB audio interface I recently bought, I get this noise in the background: https://vocaroo.com/1iyX9ytcW41U

I've tested it with different cables, different computers (laptop/desktop), different operating systems (Windows/Linux), different DAWs, different bitrates... but with the same result.

Does anyone know is this noise is normal for this audio interface?
