And another note...
Square rooms are a bit troublesome to tame (acoustically speaking) so if it were me, I'd avoid it. But that's just me.
If I might ask...Why are you doing two smaller rooms instead of one long one?
If ya go long, I'd suggest putting your desk facing one end of the length, maybe about 1/3 of the way into the room. That'll get your monitors off the wall.
Just some thoughts man...
