New Podcaster need help with Skype

We are trying to record a show incorporating an interview via Skype. We are using the Beringer X1204USB board and Audacity. We have four microphones hooked into the board. I've consulted the manual and several videos but we have been unsuccessful in achieving our goal. Can someone walk me through the setup or point me in the direction of a video or wiki?

Hi there,
It might be easier to record the call 'in the box'. Here's a list of applications designed to do just that.

Some of those apps can isolate incoming from outgoing so you could choose to record only the incoming audio in the app, and record the outgoing audio in audacity.
You'd import your app recording to audacity afterwards and line it up properly.

That would give you each voice on a separate track in audacity which would make independent volume/eq adjustments a lot easier.
