. . .and if so, did you like their workmanship, and service. . .for a flat $160 bucks to get a cleaning demag, alignment and calibration, . . doesn't sound like a bad deal .

Yes, They do excellent work at a fair and reasonable price. The owners name is Russ and he has worked on my MSR16 and also a cassette deck I owned years ago. Good Luck, Dave
