Dont take any chances, get one with a TI chip in it. It'll probably be around the same price as one with a POS chip and will save you hours if not days of aggravation
 
hey, pipeline and tekker, SHUT THE HELL UP, tekker i don't give a flying f*!@ about u, start ur own god damn thread, and why can't anyone give a straight answer, ur all a bunch of morons, and i don't care about midi and i really don't care that the 828 only has two pres because i have adat pres and no my computer doesn't have a firewire chip THATS WHY I SAID I WAS LOOKING AT A NEW ONE BECAUSE ITS NOT A GREAT COMPUTER ANYWAY. although i do appreciate that pipeline told me that the presonus has issues i don't care about tekker and his pres and watever, GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS THREAD AND START UR OWN. jackass.
