I'm looking for input, comments, opinions and maybe any tips or tricks or pieces of advice to improve my set up.
Ok so here's the overall dimensions of the room I'm in right now

The room is 7.5 feet tall
The rectangle in the bottom right corner is a pain in the ass closet. I may cram a bunch of THIS STUFF in there and use the closet as an ISO booth for maybe vox or guitar cabs.
Right now I'm using a OC703 equivalent for bass traps and panels. It's 2" thick.
Here are some photos of the room as it stands starting with the north wall and rotating clock wise ending in the northwest corner.

Notice that I have bass traps in the corner going from the floor to the ceiling. These are just plain 2" thick OC703 boards.
On the other hand, the immediate reflection points (left and right of me) Have OC703 boards with a 4'x2' sheet of AURALEX SONOMAT on top with fabric wrapped around.

And yes, I know foam is bad, etc. etc. etc. but it's my understanding that foam does help somewhat with mid and high frequencies so I figured it would just be an added bonus to the fiberglass boards at the first reflection points.
Also, notice that the window in the upper left corner of the north wall is stuffed with "acoustic foam".
I have 2" panels directly behind each monitor and the monitors are about 1' from the wall.
It's my understand that the ideal monitoring position is 38% of the way into the long wall of the room which would put my monitoring position at 67" inches into the room. I plan on building DIY monitor stands to separate my monitors a little more because as it stands, my mixing position does not create an equilateral triangle because the speakers are too close together but unfortnately, the desk isn't wide enough to separate them properly.
I DO have the monitors sitting on (yet another auralex product
) mopads to isolate them from the desk/stand.

One thing that has been kind of bugging me, and I ask your opinion here, is how to deal with the reflection point directly behind my head. As of now, I have a single OC703 panel hanging on the wall. I DID read though that back walls should be a COMBINATION of diffusers and absorption. I also read that filled book shelves work somewhat well as diffusers which makes me wonder if I should use this book shelf...

... Directly behind me in place of the OC703 board, because unfortunately, there's only room for one or the other.
I do have more work to do, for instance I would like to hang a cloud on the ceiling to absorb the last initial reflection point.

I still have two more OC703 boards with auralex sonomat panels made up

and I still have 3 panels of plain OC703

I already tried to hang a cloud of OC703 using four hooks in each corner of the board and then screwing them into the ceiling, but the middle of the board sagged down and eventually ripped the hooks out of the ceiling. My next thought would be to screw the OC703 to a thin 2'x4' piece of ply wood but I still haven't thought of a way to keep it from ripping more hooks out of the ceiling.
I'd also like to use two of the plain panels to lean up against my guitar cab to sort of create a little barrier between the speakers/mic and the room to stop sound from escaping/entering.
I also have 32 1'x1' auralex squares

I plan on cutting a bunch of thin sheets of ply wood in 2'x2' squares and then gluing the auralex squares to the ply wood exactly like this:

And now because I love to show off here are my two newest toys

This is probably as close to analog as I'll ever get
and last but not least, my electronic drumset:

my first set and I've been having loads of fun with it
