Its been a while since I've heard Physical Graffiti, but it sounded pretty much like I remembered it-sure sounds like it would be a workout for all involved.

Is that a univibe or some kind of phase shifter? It sounds good, and so does the song-I think you all did the song justice!!

Too bad about your old drummer. He was good. This guys meter seems a little wobbly. I like your original stuff better.

GREAT song, I played PGraf about a month ago. It would have been a MONSTER single LP.
It is a workout for all concerned isn't it.
I'm just glad to hear someone playing this stuff live.
Your guitar voices are pretty good vari.

Thanks man! That effect is a roatating speaker/leeslie effect on my Pod hd500

Thanks for listening Greg, yeah sucks about old drummer, were still good buds and are looking to start something doing all originals in the future...he just had a falling out with bass player so he moved on to a new band....this new drummer is a lot less flashy, but has potential...he was using one of those Roland electronic drum sets with a real snare...not to keen on that either...he sounds better on a real acoustic kit....

Hi Ray! Yup... thought that album woulde been killer as a single as well...feels a little fluffed out as a double, although theres a few really long epics on there that cant be left off in my opinion "Kashmier" "In My Time Of Dying" "In The Light" "!0 years Gone" etc....as you know we really dig playin thois old stuff we grew up with.....I have a great time just trying to get close tonewise, fun stuff!

Well I am a huge Zep fan, as well... I found that the drummer was dragging a lot, it didnt sound to me like tight playing. Also, maybe it's an artistic interpretation, but you aren't playing the main riff exactly like the album. But then again the band never played their songs exactly like the albums live, so if this is what you were going for, I'll shut my trap... Also I found you had a little too much distortion, but that's just my own taste. Nice guitar playing though!

I'm not feelin' the drums. There should be an implied 16th note feel. He pulled it together for the outro, though. If you think he has potential, keep him around and see what shakes out. As always, nice guitar chops, mang.

^Thanks for listening Sloppyjo, it does seem a little draggy I guess....havent lisented to the recording in a while and forgot how tight, fast it is....hopefully its something we can tighten down if we continue to play together as this was the 1st time we jammed....and man, I have a mental block on that riff :>)....I can play it right when I play along with the record....but I always seem to shave a note off when I play it live...its weird....still working on dialing in this patch ...unfourtantly I have been tweaking it at home on headphones which is like the worst thing you can do for a live patch on the podhd500.....this version of the pod is definatly really fickle and tougher to dial in a good tone as opposed to previous versions....

Hey thanks a lot! Its been tough trying to find somebody to fill the old drummers shoes....This guy was at least able to pretty much hang on anything we called out, and wasen't a total tool to hang with so will see what happens.....he did call off last night right before jamming tho, so I guss thats not a good sign....

Yeah, the recording is a little sketchy this time around, but I'm glad to hear your guitar playing again. I'd forgotten about this tune...cool how you pick the semi-obscure ones. Sounds difficult to play. For your first time through a great job.

I liked the guitar a lot! The vox were kinda annoying at first, but I got used to them by the end! Drumming was somewhat sloppy, especially when he was transitioning from cymbals to hi-hat or vice versa.
