Check that your new 'puter (if Windows...) is the same bits (32 vs 64) as your old one before you install it... you may need to download a different version.
Being as the reaper folks are awesome, they use the honor system for licensing. Your license key is indefinitely transferable; they trust you not to pirate it.
k great, i just cant figure out how to transfer it. there doesn't seem to be any option for that anywhere... also i went from windows to mac, hopefully that doesnt make a difference.
You would have to download it & re-install it on the Mac. Reaper Download Page Your Registration code should work cross platform but I can't guarantee it.
You could ask on the Reaper Forum. There's a useful bunch knocking around

It's the RK file you need,if you go to OPTIONS>reaper resource path, it's in the first page that comes up(main resource page!),copy that & you're good to go! (the RK file i mean not the page!)
