new art usb pre

What do you guys think? What does "all new" mean as far as preamp sound?
Better opamp?
I have to say, at this price point, my common sense meter reads: " don't expect too much"
 
one thing i've noticed about a lot of new products with integrated usb (like the blue snowball and the samson usb mics) connections is that they tend to be limited to 16 bit 44.1 or 48 khz. i'd guess that would still be true of this as they are billing it as a preamp with usb connections instead of an interface with a built-in preamp. certainly not sure of that. i've used a lot of art stuff over the years, and while it all may be pretty entry level, it's never pure crap. some things like the pro vla's apparently make it into many pro studios.
