Mean average best idiot..
I'd like to know what people think of the song called "the acid"

it has a global "analouge" feel i've been told as opposed to the; ..well you know.

is it too much?

I'd like to know what people think about when listening:

examples:

"wow my nails are really getting long"

"did i leave my computer on at work"

some lyrics:

Leave me here the lonley start, forests away the silent gaurds.

leave me here upon the stars the forests who pays these iron bars.

I won't tell your secret tell i'm happy in love i have an iron will

I won't tell if you don't tell i'm happy in love i have an iron will.

but..............

uh huh, yeah.....

I'm not sure this "analouge" feel is a comforting one

...
french words put me in a restless mode.
"Wire" band sounds known to you?
Iron will travels on an iron wheel, as well as the man I sing about. Next.
Shouldn't I mind the hats? The C.O.D. is still there, apparently!

I, uh.... don't know what to say.

What does 'analouge' mean?

Ok, I gave it a listen, but only on laptop speakers.
I will only say I really enjoyed it, the mix sounded very well rounded out on these tiny speakers. Production wise everything is where I would have it:)

The splutter end to one guitar line at 2.13 - I think you pan it away but it loses it self & sounds unreasolved - might need vol or to stay in place to die.
Maybe the toms or hi hat are a little loud but I think that just demonstrates my lack of familiarity with dance music.
Good sound - I like buried vocals - perhaps I was a grave robber in another life.

Oh gee

Did you mean analogue?

Oh gee sorry guys, i meant "anal-log" you know as a log that comes out of ones anus.

i have english and grammar problems as well.. i'm basically retarded.

thanks nightfire

I like to hear opinion such as those, becasue so many people listen on little bitty speakers, I mean everyhting sounds great on your THX system dosn't it.

thank you.

FDM & RayC

FDM same thing about the French so i'm with you, i don't find it sexy at all!

Rayc

I just listened to it at 2.13 did you mean the little chopping a the end of the guitar? as opposed to that which i cut myself to sound like that, i remember listening to this and hearing some panning issue somewhere but i now can't hear it so don't know if i fixed i or not?

"but I think that just demonstrates my lack of familiarity with dance music."

but that line made everything i posted worthwhile as i have glimpsed that special moment when someone thinks completely differently, i had no idea this was "dance" in any way and never viewed it as so, but when listening after what you say i can see what you mean... as per the "butt hole surfers" tune pepper you can't know how things are viewed in other eyes/ears.

Rokket

Not everything....

lol i deleted off the end of that post before sending it:

"wait ... or does it"

cause i thought it might bring offence to THX owners ... Great movie but. one of my favs.

"dance music" - I couldn't come up with a phrase or term for your rhythm track - so many of us, well me anyway, are obsessed with recreating a drum kits in a its exact stereo image whereas dance music doesn't bother - it arranges sounds as they fit the requirements of the piece - which is how I hear your rhythms (hope that's not an insult) & the different emphases you give the components. & yeah, dance music in the arena of, as mentioned previously, New Order.
