I recorded this rough pre-production demo for my band and I need some feedback about the recording or anything else you wanna cut me up on (just realize that EVERYTHING was first take!)

I also wanna add that this was my first time recording with a click track. Do you guys have any advice for making it tighter?

I listened to the last one (Wonder Full) Damn fine job! I thought the recording and the performance was very good. Your drummer is a maniac! I can't hear the bass guitar too well though. Tell him to crank it up, let loose and slap the snot outta that bitch.

Wow! I listened to "More than Friends". Loved those guitar sounds! Very nice tone and the stereo spread was perfect. The mix was very good. The drums sound great and I thought the bass was fine. No complaints.

Listened to "Erasing the Embrace".

Good stuff...it has all the ingredients... solid drum, pumping bass and good guitar tone for the material. Vocals have the right level of energy, not quite *angry*, - but gettin' your attention.

fenix,
some sweet stuff. I listened to "erasing the embrace." I'm not super into the style, but the mix is good and the song is good. I think that it might go better a little faster, I kept waiting for it go totally NOFX style fast punk. Just an idea, what gear did you use??

Im at work listening on computer speakers so I wont comment on the mix although it sounds fine. Good songs. I liked the guitar tones you got. All seems tight. Great drumming by the way....I love the progressivness of the songs......
Good work.
