Need help on what cables to get

I'd like to state once again I haven't purchased any equipment yet. Few things a in stone(Fast Track Pro). But the Alesis M1 Active MK2 biamp monitors are currently on my radar. I'm looking at the back of these and believe I see the line input. I'm trying to visual how everything is going to connect so I don't have to do this when I get the equipment. Which inputs would this connect to on the Fast Track Pro and what cables would be used. A xlr to (1/4)??? I have both pictures pulled up on my screen right now and see the TRS(2, 1) outputs and then the Inserts(2, 1). Those are on the right and on the left is the Midi(out and in). Thanks again for helping me crawl down this road of recording.

It looks like the Alesis monitors utilize a combo (xlr/trs) connector, so you should be able to connect 2 balanced trs->trs cables
from the Fast Track's trs 1 or 2 outputs directly in the center of the Alesis' combo connector on each monitor.
