Need help on live-room design

Hello,

I just started planning for a second studio
This is in a normal house and with normal neigbours. lol
The control room is finnished and situated on the third floor.

On the 2'nd floor i have a 4.5 x 5 meter room, wich need to be
well issolated.

I need some advice on the acoustical treatments, where to make
a live / dead end, where to place helmholtz ressonators and diffusors.

Who can fill in the picture for me?

What do you plan to record? Rock bands? Classical music string sections? And how live do you want the room in general?

Hi Ethan!

I want to have a multi purpose room.
Mainly i record vocal overdubs, but otherwhise i want to do drums and piano.

I just don't know to have a vocall booth within the room or just use gobo's

I will read the articles you mentioned.
