Need alittle help!

I have a JamP3 mp3 player but when i go to download my music to it the program doesnt read the player.Also when I plug the usb in a removeable disk f file pops up and there is a bin file in it.Since the jamonline website is no longer up I was hopeing someone here might know what the problem could be. :confused:

Jamp3 you should be able to just drag and drop into the player if windows has identified it. There are driver files on driverguide.com. The bin file is the players operating file and may be corrupted but I would copy it from the player and make a backup if you can. In any case if you do not have the driver file cd you may want to check out driverguide and get it while it is available beings the company is no longer in buisness. It also does not like high bitrate files ie nothing above 128kps. Once on driverguide you should be able to just search jamp3 the company's name is KBGear.
