MMV!
Well I recently got me a pair of those. I checked them out at the shop several times, as well as the yamaha MSP5's and to me those Nady's didn't fall short to the Yamaha's . Despite their bigger size, the Nady's lack some low end though, but so do the Yamaha's.
Since the Nady's were already about the cheapest pair of active monitors and the musiccenter even threw in a deal, I decided to buy them. I got them for 300 euros, while the second cheapest pair were those Yamaha's, which came at 550,-.
I've got them for about one month now, and I'm pretty happy with them (although I had to swap one at the shop b/c of a manufacturing error). My mixes definitely improved (I used my stereo system before I got those monitors) and sound good played through other systems too.
So if you got a tight budget or if you're going for your first pair of monitors you can't go wrong with these at that price IMO.
I actually asked exactly the same question here when I was thinking of buying them and it turns out no-one here ever even gave the Nady's a try or a listen. People tend to advise against these monitors, based on the bad reputation of Nady, the same goes for Behringer btw. Just because Nady and Behringer have a lot of cheap but crappy stuff, doesnt' mean that each and every single piece of equipment they put out sucks..
Just my 2 eurocents..
