Been sitting around a while.
Therein lies the problem...i've not done a thing with it.
Oh well, we had fun doing it...and as we too often forget~this is the only thing that matters. :)
So here is one of my fav Doors songs My Wild Love. (At the bottom).

PS~has anyone else had probs with lightningmp3 lately?

Oh yeah, the Doors!!!

This band was one of my Fav's when I was young (60's).

A couple small critique's.

The guitar covers up your vocals when it comes in.

You need to scream or bring up the level of excitement like Morrison did,

Just do it in small increments and bring the level of excitement up a notch or two at a time until it builds to a climax.

Love the Doors, you did good!

Cool vox man....Kind of a Type O vibe....good version. It's different. Me likey...I like that it has that slow, droning feel...very cool to me.

We need to hook up and do something. Soon.

Thank you Dogman and EL34.

I had intentions of doing much more with it, but it just didn't happen!

It was a tossup between Not to touch the earth, and My Wild Love. This won (probably) because it required the least amount of drum machine dinking!

Arghhhhh

Damnit!
That's not even the right version!
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

That's what I get for uploading without listening!
After dinking with MP3 converters for hours (cdEX, Lame, musicmatch), none would work with lightningmp3, I gave up and put it up on myspace...I guess somewhere along the line I should have stopped and listened to what I was compressing!!!!

Well, the other versions is not much different. I messed with the background uhh uhh uhhhhh crap, and made the whole song louder....

So turn it up, because this one is quieter than usual (and for my crap, this is saying something!!!)

Thanx again for listening and commenting! :)

I enjoyed it, i wouldnt speed it up because thats what morrison did. You made it your own and thats the important thing.

i dont know the original, but this is pretty interesting. sounds good to me. nothing jumps out as being out of place. good job! :)
