Lol! Yes I have the answer, but it will cost you at least 3 cents. You have to put in the first two.

Need to know how, with what, and where you are recording to give even the most basic answer. Latency is caused by the time it takes for your analog signal to be processed by your computer, and then sent back to you. There are many ways to improve this depending on what it is you are working with. Give up some info so one of us can steer you in the right direction.

SX3? Where did that come from? DFH, especially the 'free' version, can eat up your buffer. Lets see where this goes and we'll figure it out from there. :)

Who's leg do you have to hump to get a drink around here?

My leg is a hump free zone. However, the drinks are free in my 'newbar'!

I don't care what anyone says Krispy Kream donuts are the best!

Lolipops are sticky when wet. Small people are heavier when wet. I'm gonna go with heavy, short, sticky, wet. Dry sounds like possible chaffing of my shins.

I have no idea what that meant.......

Ignore them. What you are experiencing is not latency, it's record offset. I don't know Cubase but there must be some way to adjust this.

So im using a bass guitar plugged directly to my firebox I belive it is in Cubase cuz it is working fine with cool edit :-) Any one ???

Check to make sure you haven't inadvertently moved the track delay. I have no idea where that is in sx3. In 4,5 and 6, it is the slider directly below the pan slider in the inspector panel on left of screen.

Yep, it's in the same place. It should read 0.00. If this don't help then I don't think I understand your question clearly.

Let me know. :)

Track delay is on 0.00 So it is not the problem. When i move it to -88 then it is OK that means that it is some kind of delay problem So any ideas :-) Please :-)
