My list to buy...please criticizie

Ok I am about to take the grand plunge and buy the equipment I need for my home studio.

Here is my list, tell me what you think.

Mackie 1202-VLZ Pro
M-Audio Audiophile 2496
Samson BT4 Boom Stand
Audio-Technica AT3035
Music Accessories MA-SS-B (pop filter)

Cables and stuff

so what do you think?

for me.....
instead of the sony's i'd get a pair of akg 240S
and if you can put up just a touch more cash i'd get an ADK mic instead of the 3035
(3035 not a bad first condenser, just very bright..... can be problematically sibilant on some voices)

Looks solid to me.

Be sure you listen to this microphone and this mixer before you buy the more expensive ones on your list.

These are cheaper and may well be all you need to start with...
