My first song recorded w/ my gear!

I posted this in the clinic, but i just now realized that its probably more suitable for this forum, because there are probably very newb mistakes made in the mixing aspect.

there are two timing issues that are the result of taking an all acoustic/vocal song and adding drums and bass to it. other than that, can anyone give me advice?
First time i used pro tools, put a few hours into the whole deal, including recording and mixing.

Vocals seem low compared to rhythm guitar and other instruments. Initial guitar notes are too low compared to other guitars. Same for portion after vocals stop.

That's my 2c.

i think you are right. for some reason it did that when i put it on myspace, or maybe it happened when i converted to mp3? dunno, but the wav file vocals are louder. beats the hell outa me, i dunno what im doin.

Thanks for the advice, i think ill just make a mix specifically for myspace to compensate! Much appreciated,
