My first mix using PTLE! Warren Zevon cover

the song is called "Lawyers Guns and Money" and ive been working on this for 3 days. Im no where near finished with all the parts but i went ahead and mixed the first minute or so. Plz critique the mix, thats why im posting it. Cheers

Not a bad sound at all dude, except your compressor is pumping everything SO MUCH. Back off on it. It kind of hurts my ears to listen to. The guitars are too loud, and you should bring up the drums a tiny bit.

Good quality though.
 
Woah. Interesting take on the song. I kinda like it.

Yeah, drums could probably be louder. And if you're going with this heavy an interpretation, you might as well make them a lot faster too. :D
 
Why is it only about a minute long???

Anyway, guitars are WAY TOO LOUD!!!!!! Jesus!

Your mix is so over-compressed, it's painful.

I guess it's a good version, but it's hard to tell with just a verse.
