6 months since we moved into our new house, after some slow going getting the basement gutted, we have done waterproofing, framing, electrical, wired for XLR and headphones, soundboard, sheetrock, mud, tape, and even some paint...
still to go: more paint, carpet, trim, soldering audio plates, making great music.. I'll post more as we get more done, I just always like the "during" photos... so here's mine:

Looks good. I had to use treated on base plate (building codes). But if you ever have moisture a treated base plate will protect the walls. But if you have a flood it wont help.
