Sounds like you are starting to spend serious $ on this project!!!

Replace the tires now. You'll be glad you did and on the 122 it's pretty simple.
 
There's a 122 and a 122b. The "b" is simply balanced outputs added to the deck, almost a mkII, of sorts. I've got a box of N.O.S. parts for the 1st gen 122 decks. I'm not sure if I have any belts for it though. I love my 122b. Needs a little work though.

I know he does not want you to know, but that was Cory's (Sweetbeat's) car.

I took the photo the last time I was up there!
 
No, he built that up for his kids so when they get to driving age they will make a splash!

I love that car...best part about it is that it used to be a motorcycle. That was a serious project.
