Hey guys, i'm up with another question.
Breaking my head over it.

I make youtube covers.
So,

When i record my voice and a guitar. It should record in two different channels (tracks) in my software.
What is the equipment i require.
I did some research with usb mixers. But it combines multiple inputs into one output.
All i need is to record my Guitar and vocal in two separate tracks.
Any ideas.!!!!!!!!!!!
Plz help. :)

Hey Roger, you need a USB or Firewire audio interface. You can get a 2 channel interface for $100 or less brand new. Cheaper if you look on craigslist or something similar.
They will have XLR mic inputs, and ofter have line level instrument inputs to record a guitar without using an amp for example. It will also likely have Phantom Power to let you use condenser mics if you have one.

You can see a whole ton of em here: Audio Interfaces | Musician's Friend
