Can anyone tell mr the fastest way to load & unload a 3 minute MP3 song file?
Right now the best I can get is 70 minutes, and I know that's not it...
Any help would be appreciated,,Thanks!!

Load and unload? what do you mean. Do you mean download and upload to a website? If so, well, you will need to look into what your line speed is for your internet connection. If you are using a 28.8 modem, you are obviously not going to get the same speed as a 56K modem. If you have DSL or cable internet access, you can download and upload that same file in about 1 min.

Good luck.

On a good night- and the full moon tonight (or tomorrow; I dunno), the brightest in 133 years is a good time to check; a decent cable connect will deliver a 4MB file (.wav, .mp3, .pgp, whatever) in 11 seconds. Unfortunately my cable went south and I'm back to a cheapo modem on a glommed line paid for by my employer. I feel for you.
As for upload speeds, my cable ISP recently cut the upload service from 256Kbps to 128Kbps without cutting the price.
Must be nice to be an unregulated monopoly.

Have you noticed a big difference the actual times since they cut your speed ? I've found that my connection is faster than most host systems, so the actual time for uploads and downloads depends more on where I'm connecting to.
The reason I ask is that, in another post, the time you said it took you to download a file was almost identical to the time it took me, and I'm on a full DS3 line.

Yeah- my uploads take twice as long; D/L speed hasn't changed- yet. At least it's back on; the recent winds pulled loose the connector on the coax somewhere up on a pole.

Thanks for your input, everyone..
I don't have a cable connection, but I do have 56k modem connection...
What is the best MP3 to use? I hear Blade sucks, They are right..Tried it, and sounded like a drowning beast...
