MOTU PCI-424 Driver Issues

I have used Motu PCI 424 with a 2408MKIII for years and never had a problem with it. I don't know if it is Windows SP2 upgrade or something else that is messing things up, but nowadays everytime I restart the computer it gives a new hardware found wizard and if I reinstall the driver it won't work, but if I unplug the PCI card from the mother board restart windows and then shut it down and put the card back in and then restart and install the drivers it will work.
As you can imagine that it is a pain every time I restart I pretty much have to pull the card out and put it back it and install drivers for it to work. What is going on? Anyone having similar problems with MOTU PCI424 and Windows XP SP2?
 
Tried it in all the PCI slots and it does the exact same problem. It is the only audio cars and the integrated sound is disabled in the bios.
