Most suitable drum machine software

So far I've been using Fruityloops but it doesn't allow me to have tempo changes within the same song.

I'm looking for an easy to use drum machine software that has the following:

- Easy to use
- Allows tempo changes within one song
- Allows me to use my own .wav drum samples

Suggestions?
