Not in my house I'm not - Mr Zig is the top dog........er.......well at the moment he's not feeling very top dog because I finally had to have his balls removed yesterday :eek: :eek:
He's had severe prostate problems, nearly died last week, and the snip was the only solution.

Hey Don, ALL you guys are TOPS in my book. .... you've all been so helpfull....How's your studio coming? I bet your havin an anxiety attack daily. I would. Anyway, keep us posted. Lookin forward to seeing it completed.

Hey Rick. The studio's still going. Just at a F*&% slow pace. Hired a guy to come out and finish the sheetrock tape and mud. He should have been out yesterday. No I didn't pay ANYTHING in advance!!! Damn, you can't even pay people to do it when they say they will.

You know what's really bad? The studio isn't even finished and gear lust is driving me nuts!!! Here I am 100% digital and I'm looking at a 2 track reel to reel to dump my mixdown into then back to digital to "warm" it up. Am I crazy? Have I finally lost it? I'm overbudget now and that little F?*&%er in the back of my head keeps saying "you need this, you want this, you can delay glass for the studio to get this...." Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I feel better now :D :D :D

boy do I know that feeling......I've got a budget set aside for a Tascam 3700 mixer....

I decided a month ago thats what I really want . REALLY WANT. Nothing else.. (ha! my ass)

But theres only one on EBAY right now, and its clear over in Texas by Michael. :eek: No way in hell. So what do I do in the meantime? Drool over every cool mixer and go...."eh, I don't need the tascam, I'll go with a mackie, no, I'll go with a yamaha, no I'll go with a soundcraft, no, I'll go with a......on, and on, and on, and on,.......every day.....every 5 minuites looking at the newly listed, ...........talk about money burnin a hole in your pocket......feel like a kid.

PLUS....I'm waiting on a PC-90 reverb card thats in transit, for my Lexicon core 32 , so I can't even install the pci card in the computer untill that gets here. I'm goin nuts I tell ya. NUTS...
