thumbs up, thats all. never underestimated the value of clean power... ;)

I just installed a 3500... Dropped my noise floor around 5dB. I can't say that I like their business ethics, and they're drastically overpriced for the quality in most cases, but they certainly put out decent product.

their monster cables are horrendous, but Monster Power puts out good bang for the buck. I use a HTS3500MKII and it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

business ethics?
I suppose "business ethics" is a little off...

I'm referring to the whole lawsuit thing where they're trying to sue almost anyone that has "monster" as part of the name.

John, I recently installed the 3500 as well and while I didn't measure anything...it really has been noticeably quiet with no issues of supplying the juice etc.

i really didnt realize how noisy my monitors were, until it was gone...

Wow, Its nice to see folks with some nice things to say about a product.
So do you think the 2500 is worth the $200?

Also no to hijack the thred but, How do you guys hook up you power in your studios?
Do you plug power strips(or surge protectors) into the Monster power and hook up you gear?
And do you you use a battery backup? and were in the chain?

I have been kind of wondering how the best way to go is........

I may need to go pick up a MP 2500 soon.

Thanks
