Rid, I know only one thing. If you can possibly find a way to buy 2-3 models and actually test them in your studio space--if you can, I think you'll make a much wiser decision. A few years back, I did exactly that when I bought 3 highly recommended models and lived with them for a couple of weeks. One was exceptionally terrible in my room (all bass), one sounded wimpy. And one was pretty good--a bit light on bass, though, which I resolved a year later by buying the matching sub.
The point's obvious. Many of us here at the forum have learned to live with our monitors--if we use them successfully, then we tend to recommend them. But that doesn't mean that all models will work as well in all studio spaces, especially if one is unable to alter that space much (did I mention I'm married?). Try living with a few that come with generally positive reviews, and one will more than likely begin to sing to you. That bit of extra postage will mean nothing a few months later.
