I have a pair of Audio Technica MMS-557 Active 2-way Multi-Media monitors.
They have 4 " woofers and 1 inch tweeters and are about 10-15 watts RMS with power amp, bass, treble and volume controls for both speakers on the right speaker.
One of my children knocked over the right speaker and it now provides me with a high volume NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! sound.
I have my Ensoniq keyboard hooked up to them and program material from the Ensoniq still comes through the speakers but the normally good sound is now overshadowed by the lovely  new sound added since the fall.
The bass, treble and volume controls still work, however, the NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH sound is unaffected by these controls.
My guess is that there is a short of some sort happening in the power amplifier somewhere.
Any suggestions?

Yoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo: HSG:} :D

Take your speaker into a dealer for a check and a repair.

Or, call Sweetwater and talk to a techie and see what info you can sqeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze out of him.

Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen Hornet :D :D

I'd rather.....

I'd rather try the live-on-the-edge self electrocution self repair process first.
But Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks! :D
