Monitor Advise

Im in the market for a pair of monitors- Im sure guys have seen millions of "which one is better" posts but technology changes every day so rather than look at outdated posts I'll ask it now. Also, not that i dont believe you guys but, is there a good place on the net to get objective formal equipment reviews by professionals in the industry- Trade publications, etc? My budget is $350-$550 US.- Im takin suggestions and of course as always I value the opinions of the HomeRecording.com BBS population- Ive heard good thinks about the Fostex PM1's, and the Event TR8's What about all the other brands?

Well, this would probably be better in the Other Equipment and Reviews forum. However, I think the reason you might not get a lot of response is that this topic has been beaten to death around here, so try the search engine.
