Anyone have info on modding the Carvin/Apex/Nady tube mic? I picked one up really cheap and am looking at the possibility of reworking the circuit. I have modded amps, pedals, etc.
Anyone?
BTW the first thing I did when I got it home was to yank the 12AX7 out of it and put a 12AT7 in it. That helped get rid of the 10K hiss.
