heh, thanks. thought i could do that from photo-suck-et, but evidently, i was mistaken.
the tele is nothing fancy really, but it is special to me. i now forget the series, but it is a 93 or 94 mexi--- i think it was a "deluxe" model or something, as it came with a covered 'bucker in the neck position, a 5-way and TBX tone control, "vintage" appointments, and an ash body. it is on its 2nd refinish (both by me, lol), and currently could use a refret or a new neck. pups are dimarzio fast track T and gfs dream 90. TBX remains, but i have modded it per "doc h" (google knows....), which makes it more usable and smoother with no notch in the center, and turning it to "10" is *really* @ 1 meg resistance (stock configuration is pretty stupid, actually)--- works well with the 'buckers and the dream 90 for a nice cut. also has a treble bleed mod on the volume pot, and a mini toggle for either guitar on/off or coil tapping (when the pickups of the month have that capability) or as ....... decoration. for the final touch, the "f" neckplate is from a musicmaster bass i used to own that was destroyed by water. in its current dress, it is an aggressive sounding guitar but only remotely tele-like; more rawk then twang.
if youve already stopped reading, i understand. but you did ask.
