Really cool, Peter!
Reminded me of ELO somehow, in a good way. Mix sounds pretty balanced, although sometimes I had the feeling it was a bit clustered in the middle. Still a real nice recording though, I like your style.:)

Thanks Joey,

Yeah maybe too many things in a few spots, may have to just take out a track or two in the busy spots. Thanks, means alot coming from you.

Hmmm strange sounding, but cool. Nice dance sound. It's a little middy, but an EQ should fix that. The mix could also use a little bass overall. Good job.

I think it's too light in the bottom end for this kind of track. The guitars sound pretty bad, but they kind of work in the song. It's quirky. Not bad overall.

I can't help marking up an original sound. A nice Schizophrenic mix of easy listening and frantic dance. The singing is well placed but sometimes sounds a bit mumbled. I think that might be because the bass feels a bit "high" in the mix and is intruding into the vocal space. Can the bass drop an octave?

Thanks, The bass is pretty deep, however you made a good observation, the acoustic rythem guitar doubles the bass (an octave higher) and I'm planning to lower that. Thanks for the listen.

There are acoustic, crunch rythem and lead, which ones sound bad to you, and how so? I have a feeling its the crunchy ones.

I didn't even notice the acoustic guitars at first, so it's not them. It's the crunchy rhythms and the lead tones that are pretty grating.

Thanks for pointing that out, I recorded this before I had Guitar Rig4,so I re-recorded one of the crunch tracks that really sounded shitty, and took them out during the leads, cleaned it up immensely.

Thanks again.
Pete
