mixing is my bane

I got the tracks recorded nicely... but I can't seem to get them to sound good together... even with EQ. Any tips for stemming the frustration that has occured? What do you do when you feel like you can't get anything done? Any good websites to read on mixing? =(

i listening 2 standup right now

verry inoying low end on (some off) the guitars and bas.
not meaning the bass is to loud but certain notes make my paintings fall of the wall, maybe a bit verb on the lead fox
