hi,
lately ive been trying to find the right way to transfer mixes from my 488ii to my computer. i need to turn each mix into an mp3 file so i can burn them onto a cd with my computer's burner. i connected the line outs of my recorder with the line in on my computer, and it works fine. the sound comes out in stereo through my comp speaker. my problem, however, is i dont know how to record this signal with my computer. the sound recorder built into windows doesnt pick anything up, and neither do the trial versions of programs like Cool Edit 2000 that i dl'ed. could someone please tell me whats the easiest (and cheapest) way to solve this problem?
thanks
