mixing desk

i wonder what is the most usufull system on mixing desk and what it could be usefull?

give me some advise guys

i need 16-24 channels maximum and if you could recomand best mixing desk for small home studio set up it would be great

A Mackie 1620 with a firewire card would be good start to a nice setup. Othrwise for a Soundcraft Ghost.

soundcraft ghost is pretty nice.

for rap/r&b, Im guessing thats what your doing, he mackie onyx series are pretty sweet if you have a computer.

allen and heath boards have a solid rep also.
