hi. in the past i have used a multitrack digital recording unit, but now i want to run my instruments into a small (behringer) mixer that is connected to my pc. what i need to know is how do i connect the mixer to my pc. i have been told that you use the Aux sockets from the mixer, than plug them into the soundcard, how do I find the sockets on the soundcard, they do not appear to be found at the rear of my pc. once i have figuered out this how do i get the tracks to register on cubase simoultaneously

cheers

i have no idea lol ( are the sockets usually located at the back then?) its probably a standar soundcard, cubase works fine when playing over 5 tracks at a time.

what colour are the sockets on the back of the pc that connect the mixer to the soundcard. or because i am useless at analog recording r there any decent sites where it will show me how with pics

cheers

There's an elephant and a camel.

Elephants says to camel: 'Why've you got tits on your back?'

Camel replies: 'Dunno. Why've you got a dick on your face?'
