mix sounds dry..

Ok, I'm trying to make a cover of a song and my final mix sounds dry..

What effects can i add to make it sounds more "wet" ??

just kidding, try some reverb on the master bus. If it doesn't do the trick try opening a channel with verb and sending certain tracks to it as needed.

It might depend on the style of the song. You might want to add another instrument instead of verb and things. Sometimes that's all it takes.

Dry just means no effects. Wet is some type of added sound to the track. For example, re verb, spring, tremolo, ETC ETC.

Ya, everyone has said it already......reverb!

Don't add it to whole mix, just certain parts.....snare, overheads maybe, definitely vocals. Use the same reverb just mix the wet signal in!
