Ok....couple questions from this first timer:
1) Does anyone have a chart or something that shows ideal db level settings for different instruments/vocals etc.? In other words is it good for the vocal to be so many db's above the guitars etc. etc.
2) I read different things as far as the mix down. Is there streps I need to take until I'm finished? For instance: Volume levels first, then do panning, then do equalizing, then do effects. You get the idea.
3) What are the ideal clip level settings?
Is there anything I missed? Are these valid questions even? Let me know. Thanks so much for your support. By the way I use Acid Pro 5/Soundforge 8
