Mindprint DTC...what's the verdict?

Well the Mindprint DTC has been out for a while now...so what is the verdict?
It's a mic pre, compressor and EQ. A jack of all trades...but is it worth it? Is it close to what the pros use. Anyone who has done some recording with this unit I would greatly appreciate your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

That's a loaded question... Most certainly, it's of "professional quality." But using it is no guarantee of professional results.

Personal opinion? If this is going to be your 'keystone' unit, try something without the tubes first. Manley/Langevin's DVC would be very high on a rather short list in that price range.

(I guess I forgot to mention that I've used it...? And it's nice enough. But it's not a keystone unit...)
