Anyway, on today's video I've seen you spending a lot of time over there in the corner on your laptop. Tsskk....tsskk....spending all your time writing replies to your favorite BBS buddies does not a studio complete!! (Yes, honey, I'm working up here...be done soon)
Yeah, I did a lot in this corner aside from futz around on this BBS. I also snagged a few items on skank-bay, bought some tools online, and responded to several work emails

I also capture MP3's off online radio, so I can listen to the same programming without having to be signed on. Since the software I use saves each mp3 with the time/date as the filename, I have to change them once the next file starts so i remember what mp3 is what.
BTW, I use "Total Recorder", well worth the $30 if you like to capture anything that passes through your soundcard. It also defeats windows noises so all you get is music, no windows beeps and stuff, and AOL's irritating "YOu got mail".
Though, the cove is now sheetrocked and I have one small 5"x2" piece to shove at the edge once I rasp the plywood so it fits better than the last piece that simply disintegrated, and now i'm sheet rocking the vocal booth, piece by piece.
Once that is done, I sheet rock down the length of the room from the entry door, and all around the sofa cove where the webcam is right now. Unfortunately, the sheet rock is downstairs, and I need my assistant, er, wife to get home so she can help move some more sheets upstairs.
The last time I tried bringing it up here by myself... lets just say, it didn't arrive in less than three pieces.
Now off to Wendy's!
