Midiman 61 - Xp - No working drives??

Frank I have never seen messages like this before so cannot really provide the definitive solution. All I can surmise is that the USB ports on the computer may be malfunctioning when you put the 61 device in. One thing that might be happening is that the 61 wants more current than the XP computer USB port can handle (perhaps a weak regulator on the motherboard) and this would explain why the 61 device works perfectly on the Win98 computer. IF this is the case then the 2 obvious solutions are to buy a pci slot USB card and use that (and disable the motherboard USB) or swap out the motherboard. It looks like a hardware problem to do with the onboard USB ports.

According to the midiman site there is a power supply included so using that would be the way to go.
When looking at the screenshots my guess is that the driver installation fucked up.
Uninstall and reinstall the drivers. When you plug in the keyboard after the drivers are installed, the keyboard should be recognized.
If not, I'd say contact Midiman..
