Seems I missing some knowledge concerning Ableton?
As my DAW for MIDI-automations
I am running Ableton11 on PC
with an IConnectivity MIDI2+ connected between the PC and an Eventide H90 (the Eventide is set to offset 0)
When running MIDI-OX, bursting the right MIDI-Data (= MIDI Port 2, MIDI Ch.3, CC14, Value 127), the H90 reacts as wished. Note, the Ox is streaming over the MIDI2+ so I guess the iConnectivity works, I suppose.
But...
when automated in Ableton:
checked "MIDI Port Out", again - MIDI PORT 2 for "track" & "sync", created clip and set "MIDI To" to Ch. 3, then made a clip event within the Clip and draw a number of square Envelopes (127 + 0) into MIDI Ctrl #14
... Pressing Play won't do anything.
