MIDI Switch

I have a sound module and sometimes control it with a keyboard, and sometimes with a drum pad. Is there a simple piece of hardware that will let me switch between these two controllers?

Hopefully something that doesn't require power...
 
Yup... Sorry I don't remember what was that, nor I can give you any link, but I know once I had it in my studio several years ago. Kinda like small box -cassete tape sized- with 6 MIDI connector. 1 out 5 in, and small switches. Just like small patch bay. No baterry. So, it is possible. :)
 
You want a midi merge box. Maudio and Motu make a bunch of them.
 
Do a search for Anatek on eBay. Lots of cheap MIDI goodies that fit in your pocket.
