I have an ENGL Powerball amp and a Rocktron Intelliverb Rack processor. Can the FCB1010 control the amp switching capabilities and also control the Intelliverb at the same time?

Should be able to. Midi to the efx processer and connect the analog switch on the pedalboard the amp

What other controllers can do that but are smaller than the FCB1010?

Dunno, not a guitar player but what ever you find, make sure it has both midi and analog switch options

Sure it can. It's the recommended foot controller for any guitarist looking to expand the horizons of his or her playing. It's built like a tank and has not only the ability to send program changes, but two assignable foot pedals as well which may come in handy at a later time. And if you want to go further into the world of midi control it has the capability to be a capable partner.

There are physically smaller foot controllers out there - the small Rolls 8 across foot switch that can be found in any pawn shop or general used musical instrument store is one example - but they're way more limited than the FCB1010. This is one of many products Behringer got right, and I recommend you invest in one right away.

Great choice for an effect unit. I think Rocktrons effect are the best units selling for under $1,000. My old guiatrist had a Voodoo Valve, and that thing is incredible sounding.
