Microphones for high-speed scenarios (motorsport - on board)

MkII

Hello!

I'm looking for some hints and ideas of what to use while it's very windy?

I need ideas of what kind of microphones i could use when i ride my motorcycle.
I'm interested in 2 different types of microphones.
1: near exhaust system for a better sound record of engine sounds (instead of the go pro mic that only(mostly) record the sound of the wind…)
I bought a "cheap" microphone on Impuls and haven't tried it yet.
It's an T.bone CM400 ( the t.bone CM 400 - Thomann UK ), i suppose i should either buy a wind protecter like this ( Shure A83-FUR - Thomann UK ) or make one my self.

2: I'm into video blogging and i'm looking for a small and flexible mic that i can have in my helmet, close to my mouth ofc. and i suppose that also need some sort of protections.

To be honest i don't know if this is the most appropriate forum for this questions but if someone in general understand this with recording and using microphones in windy to very windy scenarios i'm really pleased to hear any of your ideas and thoughts.

What would you guys recommend ?

Best regards
Jesper from Sweden
