Micro Preamp or Little Mixer ?

I have an E-MU 0404 and want to buy an studio projects B1 for vocal recordings. Have an receiver where my headphones are and don´t know what to buy now.

Want to spend around 100 euro. How good ist the micro preamp quality of the mixers listed below. Which have the best ? Would you prefere only an micro preamp at this price class ?

- WHARFEDALE PRO R200
- Yamaha MG10/2
- Soundcraft compact 4
- Tapco 6306 -> tapco blend 6 / new version
