Micing a Choir?
Any thoughts on micing techniques for recording a small (15-20 member) choir? Cardiod or omni small dia. condensors? Spaced using 3:1 rule or XY? 2,3, or maybe more mics? Would 603s's be a good choice with their "wide" cardiod pattern? What would be a realistic distance?
