UPS store

Hey Herm, what's the deal on the UPS store? I must've missed it.

Oh I shipped a recorder through the ups store here in Bloomington Illinois and it got broke in shipping. If you pack something and ship it through them and ups claims it wasnt packed well enough the ups store will not honor the insurance claim. ( I didnt read the fine print when I paid for the insurance)
I probably would not have been so mad about the whole thing but the guy that runs the store in Bloomington (Ronald Apper) was suck a DICK HEAD I just have to let everone know about it. The ups store is not owned by ups
if that makes sense But they are together in the way they cheat people out of their money. They out and out lie about everything. And someday I will have my revenge on this company one way or another.

REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SEREVED COLD

In the mean time they can get ready to kiss my fat ass.
I hope I havnt come across like Im bitter or anything ;)

bitter?

oh you didn't seem bitter....not at all

actually a friend in Texas shipped a mixer board to me. it arrived busted up. it was obvious the thing had been damaged in shipping. The box was crushed. my friend tried to collect the insurance. never got a penny! but the did ship it back to Texas free of charge.

Free? I wouldnt call it free when they took his money and all they have to show for it is a broken mixer and ups kept their money.

Well, if its any consolation, UPS left a package on my porch without my signing for it. The package was stolen and UPS is responsible for it. Two mics were in that box: KSM44 and a KSM27. That's about $1000 worth of mics. The kid who stole it probably has no idea what to do with them. I've been looking around the local pawn shops, but nada. They probably will wind up in some garage band or rapper's box.

Regards,
Mark
